OPAL SMS Terms

OPAL product-update text messaging

These terms govern the optional OPAL product-update text messaging programme operated by OPAL ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS, INC., a Delaware corporation. Messages are sent under the OPAL brand.

1. Messages you may receive

If you opt in, you may receive recurring text messages about OPAL product updates, release news and early-access opportunities. This programme is for product communications only. It is not used for investment solicitations, securities promotions or investor-relations messages.

2. How you opt in

You may opt in through the Early Access form on opal.global by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the separate, optional text-message consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any product or service.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. OPAL does not charge a separate fee for these messages.

4. Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an OPAL text message. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will then stop sending messages under this programme unless you opt in again.

6. Privacy

When you affirmatively select the optional SMS checkbox, your mobile number and that consent are submitted to Zoho for OPAL as part of your early-access registration. This website theme does not separately retain an encrypted local copy of the mobile number or SMS consent. We handle mobile numbers, consent records and messaging data as described in our Privacy Statement. Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Delivery, eligibility and number changes

Message delivery depends on mobile-network availability and is not guaranteed. You must be authorised to use the mobile number you provide. If the number is reassigned, disconnected or no longer controlled by you, please opt out or contact OPAL promptly.

8. Programme changes

OPAL may modify or discontinue the programme. If a material change requires renewed consent or notice, we will provide it before applying that change.
